A typical training day is intensive. All schedules are dependent on accurate timekeeping.

LOCATION: Quinta da Ria PORTUGAL

DATE: 27th March 2004

TEMP: 27 degrees

TIME: 6am Wake up call. Check and ready equipment and clothes.

7am Breakfast

8am Bus departs for golf course

8:30am Arrival at golf location

9am Driving range - discussions, practice and instruction.

Professionals discuss the importance and demonstrate stretching and flexibility exercises. Students spend 15 to 20 minutes engaged in this activity.

The professionals then demonstrate the fundamentals of swing techniques, driving, long irons, pitching, chipping, bunker play and putting.

Open discussions on shot difficulty and strategy. The professionals review each individual's area of weakness and provide specific training drills to each student.

Class is divided up into different sections for students to obtain specific information on areas that require more attention. (Students are encouraged to seek help from the professionals on problematic areas).

Students work on these areas individually with final review and discussion conducted by the Professionals. Video analysis.

11:30am Club house - lunch

12:30pm Tee times - Competitive 18 holes in groups of three or four. Generally the format is played in a stableford point system and play is from the back or championship tees.

Score cards must be signed and handed in upon completion of round. A discussion with the Professionals regarding specific holes, scores, problems or strategy is discussed.

5:00pm Return to clubhouse

5:30pm Bus departs for hotel

6:00pm Arrival at hotel

7:30pm Professionals with players at dinner for general discussions.

Free for evening
